what an absolute disappointment! the spa was dark and smelly, definitely not the 5-star experience advertised. i almost thought i could overlook the rude service, but they really seemed to care more about restaurant patrons. i expected at least a complimentary gesture for all this inconvenience, but no one cared enough. so generous of them.

Unfortunately, the entrance to the hotel was tricky to find. we missed it on our first try, which was frustrating after a long journey. Additionally, the room felt quite dark and could use some brighter decor to enhance the atmosphere. While the bed was comfortable, the overall experience left me wishing for a bit more warmth and charm.
